Pre-made pick-up stations (sometimes referred to as "grab-and-go") requires food to be maintained for periods of time at a certain temperature. These stations use overhead warming lamps or trays that sit in steam/hot water to keep foods warm. Equipment should be selected that carries an Energy Star label when available, and items should be able to be powered off completely when not in use.
