GSA’s Center for Workplace Strategy views the workplace as an integrated system of space and technology that enables work, wherever it occurs. To support this mission, the Total Workplace Scorecard benchmarks and measures quality improvements between existing and new workplace conditions.
Start by creating a baseline scorecard for your existing workplace. You can then create scorecards for specific scenarios and measure improvements post-completion.

This scorecard is intended to benchmark and measure quality improvements between existing and new workplace conditions. It is best if the same people complete the evaluation for both existing and new workplaces. There are 100 possible points, with extra credit available to supplement the score of facilities with limiting factors.
