BOMI Courses and Designations

BOMI provides a number of courses which contribute toward the Facility Management Administrator and Real Property Administrator designations. Courses presented cover both a breadth of topics (i.e. Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems and Fundamentals of Real Property Administration) and individual topics at a greater depth (i.e. Refrigeration and Environmental Health and Safety). Designations are earned when required courses and professional experience are completed and documented.
