Binders

A loose-leaf binder contains split metal rings attached to a metal back that hold perforated sheets of paper. Chipboard, pressboard, plastic-covered chipboard or paperboard, cloth-covered chipboard or paperboard, and solid plastic binders can all be made with recovered materials.
