Overall Strategies
A variety of options are available for cafeteria seating - tables and chairs, booths, banquettes, and cafe-height counters with stools. Select materials that are durable and easily cleanable that allow for high wear. Look for furniture that is constructed with recycled or recyclable materials. If wood furniture is used, look for items that contain no urea formaldehyde. Fabrics should be evaluated both for cleanability and low-VOC content.
