Tips

O+M Tips

  • Dust with micro fiber cloth regularly.

End of Life Tips

  • Usually reused by future occupants. If the mechanics fail consider recycling metal and plastic components.

For alignment with LEED Standards

  • Optimize Energy: Comply with the HVAC and service water heating requirements, including equipment efficiency, economizers, ventilation, and ducts and dampers, in ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1–2010 Chapter 4, Design Strategies and Recommendations by Climate Zone, for the appropriate ASHRAE 50% Advanced Energy Design Guide and climate zone.
